Only went here for a meal. Food was very good, staff were very courteous and helpful. Very pleasant surroundings, very clean public areas.
We were on a return visit and once again, have to say that we found Dunsilly a homely and very welcoming hotel. Great personable staff and good food in comfortable surroundings. Accessible location- ideal for Belfast ferries. Looking forward to next visit.
We called in here for Sunday carvery. Was quite busy and we luckly booked ahead so that saved us having to wait for a table. You go up and choose your own starter, main course, your dessert and tea /coffee are take service. There is hot and cold options for starter and was all very tasty. No fish option for the main course, which was disappointing. The plates were hot and all of our dinner was hot and very tasty. The dessert menu was concise but we were able to get just ice-cream for one of our guests. I unfortunately went for the chocolate fudge cake which was inedible. If was so dry and not pleasant eat so it was left in plate. All the other desserts were lovely. Unlucky me. The coffee was lovely though. 84.00 for four of us with no drinks we felt a little steep.
