Staff very friendly and helpful.
I visited Shri Threading with my sister a few days ago around 5:30 pm.During the visit the staff member did not seem to understand what was being said and had to be prompted to reply to the question that was asked. When speaking to her manager, he replied that sometimes the staff have communication issuesAfter the visit my sister realised that she had left a Joules Hat behind at Shri Threading. The next morning we phoned the shop three times and as there was no reply left a voice message asking the staff to phone my sister regarding the missing item.The staff did not phone so we decided to visit the shop in person. The staff member on duty acknowledged that she had seen the missing item and went to look for it. She then said sorry another customer came in and took the hat.I phoned the manager and he said he would investigate and phone me back. He did not do this. I phoned him again today and he apologised for not phoning me as he had been busy with the holidays and also with a family illness. He did not offer any solution. As the hat was a Christmas present, my sister was very unhappy, particularly as we phoned and left a voice message - it was the principle of the matter and the perceived lack of care from the staff at Shri Threading. Very Disappointing.
