Too loud. The acoustics are dreadful. Impossible to chat: war zone!
Overpriced - ordered a bagel which came with no mushrooms and when I asked why was told they had run out - had I been told beforehand I might have changed my mind, but wasn't given the choice. Staff not very pleasant!
Very spacious. Comfortable. Nice selection of food. Lemon and blueberry cake particularly!

Store is regularly quite busy but this doesn't affect their speed of service, you can usually get in and out within a few minutes if you're taking away. Store is spacious and well set out for those who wish to sit in. It is well maintained and kept clean, with staff frequently buzzing round to make sure that any free tables are cleared and wiped down. Drinks are produced accurately and service is friendly, staff are knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer questions relating to ingredients, allergens, etc.
