Ian Courtney here under my daughter's name. I'm a late starter to the guitar. Having always wanted to play, I had some lessons and then got involved with a group in the same situation. We chose to rehearse in The Music Rooms, Antrim. From the moment we started I felt at ease. All the teachers were welcoming and patient, encouraging and talented. Something I was initially reluctant to do has turned into something I look forward to every week. I'm playing much better and have more confidence in my own ability. I'm enjoying growing older disgracefully!

My daughter does drumming lessons here and loves it! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great set up for learning any kind of instrument and great variety of instruments and accessories in the shop. Would highly recommend these guys!

My daughter and myself go here for ukulele lessons and my daughter does singing also. Very talented and professional people to be taught by make you feel comfortable and nothings a mistake it's a learning curve. My daughter considers Lydia her singing teacher to be a friend rather than just a teacher she is very good with my daughter and i have noticed her confidence come on leaps and bounds would highly recommend here for any one looking to learn any instrument or vocals

My 2 boys have been attending for several months doing drum lessons. My kids never complain going and always come home happy. Music rooms have also accommodated my youngest child who has special needs so he wouldn't feel left out ( the tutor stayed late twice to give him a lesson). Great place with lovely staff.

Hello,I want to take some time and write a review about the Music Rooms. I'm 48, for some years I've been playing guitar but never did anything with it. I have a passion for singing as well. So I went along to the music rooms, Rodney Beggs started taking me for vocals, he now has had me play guitar and sing on stage, what a buzz. So if you would like to learn to play music, whether it is Guitar, drums, Bass guitar or any other instrument or music theory please get yourself down to the music rooms. Go have a talk with any of the staff, they make you feel at home right away. Rodney himself is a long established musician. He now has me in a band playing guitar and singing. More gigs lined up for us. What more can I say, well it's the best thing I've ever done going along to the Music Rooms. Fill you're soul with the sounds of rhythm. The Music Rooms.
