As in previous reviews, went to petrol station self serve put in card, purchased 25 of petrol, was charged 25 plus the service station are still holding the 100 pre authorisation, called the service station advised call Monday. Very bad show especially when have used GO petrol stations many times, it is apparent that this is a franchise not working professionally.
called in this afternoon....put debit card in at pump..wasn't parked close enough for nozzle to reach..was in a rush and didn have time to wait so put nozzle back on pump took my card and drove off.....I had taken no Petrol...I've since checked and 100 pound is taken out of my account.....I rang filling station to be told this pump has nothing to do with petrol station....lol.......The young girl said this happens frequently..I explained I hadnt got petrol and it wasn't good enough that I had been charged 100 pounds ..she assured me I'd get my money back when company decided to give it to me....I asked to speak to manager she informed me he wouldn't be back until Monday.....really a case of suck it up........come on Money Nick petrol station this pump is at your station and this is not good enough!!!!!! little did i think I'd be out 100 pound for nothing.......u could put a sign up saying what you aready know so as to warn your customers!!!!
