We have had quite a few different items from the menu & almost always they are delicious. I have found they try hard to be accommodating if you have any specific requirements. Sometimes delivery can take a while but only on very busy times. Good food & service = a happy customer.
Friday 24/2/17 - ordered a home delivery at 5.40pm and to be fair was informed there would be a 45 min delay. Proceeded with order and for the record we reside within the 30 mph area of the town. Daughter due at youth club at 6.30pm. Follow up call at 6.45pm to be told it will be 10mins. Further call at 7.10pm and with regret order cancelled. Amateurish customer service response. Totally unsatisfactory. Appreciate Friday's are potentially busiest home delivery night of the week but this is far beyond reasonable service. Regrettable outcome and disappointing experience from a previously loyal customer. DONT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU KNOW YOU CANT DELIVER - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!
