Not good, was supposed to be here yesterday so made to wait and miss appointment then called them last night and told.they won't be delivering the next day. And even then I didn't receive the 1 hour text to tell me they would be here soon. Just lucky enough I was in when he arrived this time. If I could use a different courer I would. Royal mail is even better the DPD. They seem to have got about there customers and don't care that much about there customer or they could of at least sent an email or text to tell me they won't be delivering to me the first day they where supposed to.
Website said delivery would be 15th , delivered 18th and had to collect from depot
Excellent staff and very very helpful. Had a problem this morning put having talked with a member of staff by the name of Steven evening was sorted. I find DPD to give excellent and friendly service.
Very low level of service. Package was not delivered and when I asked if driver tried to knock the doors the phone operator hanged up the call. Lack of culture and knowledge about customer service
