Called in here to get a new sim. Had a bit of a wait as only 2 staff on but when served the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Visited this shop today and was amazed at customer service .I was attended to by Alex and Stacey.there was also another girl there but I didn't get her name.helped me sort my problem out.thank you again and would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service!! staff are friendly and immediately put me at ease. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me with my refund on my Samsung phone case but he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for another excellent service from the young man at o2 junction one & (Nathan & Lisa at Antrim castle mall) I wouldn't go anywhere else now.5 highly recommended
